The Myths of Love, You Love to Believe

2.12.12

A Conversation on Grief and Loss

1.15.12
With the recent losses of both Perry and Madison students, we want to have a dialogue with our teens about their experiences, feelings, and emotions related to loss.  Even if they have not experienced loss personally, we know people affected by loss or will experience it sometime in our lives.
We will talk about being honest before God, look at Scriptures that deal with loss, and pray to find hope and comfort in the midst of these dark circumstances.

(Psalm 9.9, Psalm 34.17-18, Lamentations 3.31-33, John 14.1-4, 2 Corinthians 1.3-5, 1 Thessalonians 4.13-18, 1 Peter 5.6-7, and Revelation 21.1-4)
